On August 23-24, 2024, the International School of Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU-IS) held its admission day for 1,500 new undergraduate students enrolling in 13 training programs. A standout feature of this year’s event was the career orientation and in-depth guidance provided by the school’s lecturers. They attentively addressed students’ questions, offering valuable advice and helping parents feel more secure and confident about the school.
The International School lecturers provided in-depth career guidance to parents and new students.
At VNU-IS, lecturers are not just knowledge bearers; they are dedicated friends, always ready to listen and support students throughout their academic journeys. In the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the admission day, lecturers guided students, alleviating their confusion and uncertainty. They also served as consultants for parents, ensuring they felt more assured about their children’s upcoming experiences.
New students completed procedures at the application review area.
To enhance the process for new students, the school implemented an online admission system, streamlining the preparation of registration documents and saving time during the admission procedures. Additionally, during the two-day event, the International School organized tours for parents and new students to explore the dormitories and classrooms at the Hoa Lac campus—a top concern for those studying there. This hands-on visit aimed to reassure parents and new students about the living standards their children would encounter.
“The International School has meticulously prepared for these two days of admission, ensuring that new students and their parents can complete procedures quickly and conveniently. We wish you a successful academic journey at the common home of VNU-IS,” said Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Van Dinh, Vice-Rector.
