The following information was provided to the International School about student exchange programs between Chungbuk University in Korea and VNU:
Exchange period: 2023 fall semester.
Extra benefits: Free tuition and dormitory support at the training facility (depending on the status of the dormitory).
Participation necessary requirements:
+ Being a second or third year VNU student;
+ Have a cumulative GPA score (cumulative GPA) of 2.8 or higher;
+ IELTS score of at least 5.5 or equivalent. Note that B2 certificates are not accepted as an alternative in student exchange programs; foreign language certifications must be valid for at least 06 months or longer.
+ Financial Statement (at the request of the partner) – (see attached file).
Registration details:
+ Registration form of VNU, download here (Must be typed, not be in handwritten) and Students must complete 02 pages of the application (with attached photo ids), then VNUIS will confirm, sign, and stamp (Home University section). The registration form of Chungbuk University (see attached file).
+ Academic transcript (in English) certified by the Office of Academic Affairs.
+ Personal CV (in English or French).
+ A foreign language proficiency certificate that satisfies the program’s criteria.
+ Other partners’ requirements (see attached file)
+ Letter of recommendation from lecturer (in English).
+ Awards and proof of accomplishments (Copies, don’t need to be notarized).
*Note: Students must submit the applications to the Office of Student Affairs at R303 C, HACINCO Village before May 10, 2023. Students must scan papers into soft copies and save them as a single PDF file.
