Opening Ceremony for the official assessment of the accreditation process for training programs at VNU-IS

On January 8, 2025, the International School (VNU-IS) held the Opening Ceremony for the official assessment of the accreditation process for the Bachelor’s program in Business Data Analytics and the Master’s program in Financial Management.

The official assessment was conducted by the Center for Education Quality Accreditation, Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City. These are the fifth and sixth academic programs at the School to undergo quality accreditation.

The external assessment of these training programs holds significant importance for the school, especially during this new phase of development. The assessment of the Bachelor’s program in Business Data Analytics and the Master’s program in Financial Management provides a multi-dimensional and comprehensive review of the programs, including curriculum design, faculty qualifications, facilities, and practical training processes for students.

The master’s program in Financial Management is designed based on advanced global standards, ensuring both modernity and high applicability in Vietnam. Graduates are equipped with the ability to proficiently use English in their work, studies, and research.
The Bachelor in Business Data Analytics (BDA) program is taught entirely in English and is designed based on a similar program of the University of Pennsylvania and is recognized by Deakin University (Australia). BDA is an interdisciplinary major combining applied mathematics, computer science and business. Students in this major are equipped with methods and tools to exploit information and transform data collected in the business process into useful insights to improve business operational efficiency.
