INTRODUCTION

The Bachelor of Marketing (Dual Degree) program is taught entirely in English and is designed based on the framework program of HELP University (Malaysia). Students who graduate will receive 02 degrees including a Bachelor in Business (Marketing) awarded by HELP University, Malaysia and Bachelor in Marketing awarded by Vietnam National University, Hanoi. HELP University (Malaysia) is one of leading institutions of higher learning in Malaysia with about 12,000 students, including 2,000 international students coming from different countries. HELP University offers a wide and diverse range of programmes including Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Banking, Entrepreneurship, Information Technology, Law, Psychology, Tourism and Hotel Management, and humanities at undergraduate and graduate levels, HELP University is well known for undertaking research and development projects in several areas. By setting strict standards, HELP University has succeeded and gained trust from not only students and parents, but also from partner universities and companies seeking qualified and well-trained human resources. Currently, the university has more than 11,000 students, including more than 2000 international students from 92 different countries.

This program applies advanced teaching methods being used in HELP University with adjustments to suit the regulations of Vietnam National University. Especially, this program conducts teaching, testing, and evaluation by using advanced methods in order to increase self-awareness in learning, self-study and self-research ability; to develop creative thinking; to train practice skill; and to enhance teamwork, research, and information process skill for students; as well as to strengthen the connection between training and science researching, and increase the quality of training, in general, and teaching, in particular. Besides, during the thesis guiding period, advisors’ team from both VNU-IS and HELP University helps students use modern and advanced research methods in order to inspire and create passion for students in scientific research, study, scientific thinking, and creativeness.
