Dr Hoang Viet Ngu is a lecturer of Queensland University of Technology. He is one of founding members of the Environmental and Public Policy Group at the QUT School of Economics and Finance. Dr Ngu is an expert member of OECD’s Network on Agricultural Total Factor Productivity and the Environment since its first establishment in 2015.  He is also a fellow at the Center for Efficiency and Productivity Analysis.
