The Management Information Systems program is designed for students currently enrolled in the regular English Language major program at International School who wish to pursue an additional bachelor’s degree, graduating from International School – VNU. Consequently, students are exempt from all equivalent courses between the two programs (approximately 45-55% of total duration). This significantly shortens the standard training period, enabling students to obtain a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from International School – VNU.

The Management Information Systems program was established according to Decision No. 1025/QD-VNU dated April 4, 2014, by the Director of VNU and entrusted to International School for implementation according to Decision No. 2142/QD-DT dated June 26, 2014, by the Director of VNU. The program was approved by VNU as a high-quality program according to the specific criteria of the unit under Decision No. 3345/QD-VNU dated October 24, 2016.

The Bachelor’s program in Management Information Systems is an English-language program with a curriculum framework, teaching methods, and assessment procedures aligned with international education standards. It is designed based on the programs of reputable universities such as the University of East London (UK), Singapore Management University (SMU), and the University of Pennsylvania (USA), which are conducted in English. The program involves foreign lecturers accounting for 25-30% of the faculty members in both the core and specialized fields.

The International School strives to ensure that 100% of the curriculum and reference materials for the core and specialized fields are materials currently used at foreign universities. The program’s output quality meets the standards of advanced foreign universities.
