Assoc.Prof.Dr. Bui Thi Minh Hong is an accomplished Associate Professor of Education Administration at the Department of Strategic and Operational Planning, School of Management at the University of Bath. She is also a Visiting Scholar at The IPAG Business School in France. She holds a Ph.D in Management from the UK, as well as a Master’s degree in Communication and Language Studies and a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from RMIT Vietnam.

Additionally, she holds degrees in English and Finance from Vietnam. Her research focuses on organizational studies, human resource management, and university management with an emphasis on innovation and sustainability. Over the past decade, she has published 70 articles in peer-reviewed journals and presented her work at various international conferences. In 2014, she was recognized as a “talented researcher” and “leading researcher” by a top public administration journal. Recently, Forbes Vietnam named Dr. Hong Bui one of the 20 most inspiring women in Vietnam.
